Heidi Carter
Heidi is a writer from Wisconsin with an obvious and disproportionate love for food, and as a certified barbecue judge, imagines great barbecue (and rock and roll, of course) will save the world. She’s a pro canvasser, formerly a food truckee and collector of old T-shirts who prefers her coffee black and wine red. If she’s not relishing in a good book, she’s probably enjoying the food and music scene in Nashville, Tennessee, where she currently resides.
Growing up, I was told two things about the future of the labor force:
1. You will not be able to rely on Social Security come retirement.
2. You will have many jobs, most of which have not been created yet.
